Santa's Christmas Journey

The experience is largely made up of interactive activities and treats designed for children aged 2 and over, therefore we DO NOT recommend Santa’s Christmas Journey for under 2’s. Should you wish to bring an infant under 2 without a child you must pay the child ticket price as our entertainers will still perform and provide treats and you will receive a digital photograph.
The VR sleigh ride headset is not suitable for under 2’s and for safety purposes an adult will need to also forfeit wearing the headset to be able to supervise at all times.

Absolutely! Each group will receive one digital photograph with Santa and our elves will encourage guests to take as many of their own photos as they like.
If you would like a printed photograph please advise the elf guiding you on the day. Please note we do not have a photo printer on site therefore printed photographs will be handled by an external provider and be sent to your home address following your visit.

Once bookings have been made they cannot be rearranged. If you can’t make your booking, you will need to email [email protected] to arrange cancellation. It will then be up to you to re-book for a more suitable time.

The layout and VR sleigh ride are the same as previous years however the entertainment and activities are brand new for 2023!

Children's Christmas Parties

Yes of course. If joining with another group please inform us by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours before your party. 

Absolutely! Although there is no professional photograph included in the parties, we encourage guests to take as many of their own photos as they like. There will be an opportunity for a photo with Santa as part of the meet and greet.

Magical VR Sleigh Ride

Yes, the VR sleigh ride is the same as previous years. This ride is different from the one included in Santa’s Christmas Journey.

No, the VR sleigh is a 5 minute experience including a 3 minute ride. Please see our Children’s Christmas Parties and Santa’s Christmas Journey for experiences which include a visit from Santa.
