Join our team of merry elves on a journey full of festive fun! Look forward to interactive activities, a flight on Santa’s sleigh and, most importantly, a chance to meet the man in red himself.

What’s included?
A 20-minute walk-through experience with elves to guide you through the interactive activities.
Children will receive small treats and digital photograph to commemorate their trip.
£2 of all ticket sales will be donated to our chosen local charities.
The emphasis of Santa’s Christmas Journey is the walk-through experience and interactive activities. Therefore, the small treats will not be full sized presents as you would expect from a traditional grotto visit.
Prices:
Maximum 6 people per group.
£23 per child (aged 2+)*
£10 per adult
*Please note under 2’s can attend free of charge with a paying child but will not receive treats or be able to use the VR sleigh ride headsets. An adult must supervise under 2’s at all times.
For the best virtual reality experience a headset must be worn whilst on the sleigh.
Santa’s Christmas Journey tickets cannot be altered once booked so please take care and double check you have selected the correct booking date and time. Should you need to restart your booking please use the cancel button and refrain from using the browser back button.
Refund Policy:
Santa’s Christmas Journey tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your booking, please contact [email protected] and state your booking reference.
