Zingy Fruit Sundae
Filled with fresh berries, this gorgeous pudding is a great summer treat for children and adults alike. Feel free to mix up the fruit depending on what’s in season.
50g fresh raspberries
50g fresh blueberries
10g pistachios chopped (optional)
Half a ripe mango peeled and diced
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
4tbsp Cottage Delight Zingy Raspberry Jam
Using two sundae glasses, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream followed by a layer of Zingy Raspberry Jam.
Top with mango pieces followed by raspberries and blueberries.
Repeat the layers to fill the glasses and top with pistachios if using.
