Spicy Chicken Wings
Spice up the party with these zingy chicken wings. So simple to make, they look great, taste even better and are an easy and economical way to feed a crowd.
Serves 2 | Cooking time 30 Minutes
Pack chicken wings (approx 8)
2 tablespoons Karen’s Crave Marinade (available at Barton Grange Farm Shop)
Freshly chopped coriander
Pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees and place the wings into a small roasting dish, add the marinade and mix well until all are coated. Cook for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and using a fish slice, coat and turn them all until they are evenly coated.
Place back into the oven for 10 more minutes or until lightly charred and thoroughly cooked.
If you can wait, leave to rest for at least 20 minutes basting occasionally with the juices so the wings are thoroughly coated.
If you cannot wait the extra time, please serve in a bowl and mop up the juices with some crusty bread, naan or chapati … you will not be disappointed with this tip!
