Spiced Gin Cocktail

Celebrate World Cocktail Day with a touch of spice!


60ml Cuckoo Spiced Gin
20ml lime juice
15ml ginger syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
15ml egg white
Ginger slice or crystalised ginger garnish
Hibiscus flower


Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Double strain your cocktail into a glass over ice. Garnish with the ginger and hibiscus flower.
