Rhubarb & Rosehip Quencher
A refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail that’s perfect for serving guests when the temperatures rise.
Ingredients
4 lime wedges
6 mint leaves
30ml Mr Fitzpatrick’s Rhubarb & Rosehip Cordial
Apple juice
Method
Muddle the lime and mint in the bottom of the glass.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Add cordial and top with apple juice.
Garnish with fresh mint.
