What happens after I’ve painted my pottery?

Generally, your pottery will be ready approximately 2 – 3 weeks from the date of painting, in the rare exception that this would not be ready, we will notify you via email or telephone. Please be aware we will only hold finished items for a maximum of 2 months, after this point any uncollected items will be disposed of, we will attempt to contact you twice before the end of the 2 months.

Upon collection please reference your name and a member of staff will be able to assist. Please carefully check your pottery on collection, as once you’ve left the studio, we are not held responsible for any damage or breakages. There may be occasions, where due to the firing process defects and breakages may occur, unfortunately this is out of our control, if this should arise, we will rectify or replace the item.

Pottery Aftercare

Due to the pottery being handmade, we do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher or microwave as this may affect their longevity.
