In this workshop, guided by textile artist Murron Fraser, you will explore creating three-dimensional textile embellishments inspired by wildflowers and their folkloric meanings. Using hand embroidery and fabric manipulation, you will design layered floral forms, combining texture, colour and symbolism, translating traditional associations of wild flora into embellished stitch.
