Cinema Manager/Duty Manager

The Flower Bowl is a multi-activity leisure venue offering curling, ten-pin bowling, a three-screen cinema, crazy golf, a golf simulator, crazy pool, and a VR ride.

In addition to these activities, the Centre boasts a variety of dining options. On site we have Blooms restaurant, The Ocean Fish & Chip restaurant, Knickerbockers ice cream parlour, Oasis coffee bar, and Barbossa drinks bar.

We are looking to add to our management team with a dynamic and experienced individual.


As the Cinema Manager, you are responsible for the Box Office team which takes care of our cinema, crazy golf course, and crazy pool course. This will include scheduling films on a weekly basis, as well as the upkeep of activities and providing first-class service to our customers.

A key part of the role is rolling out consistent training amongst the team, whilst overseeing daily tasks, ensuring high standards are always upheld and customers are served in a positive and friendly manner.

As part of The Flower Bowl management team, you would also act as a duty manager opening/closing the building, ensuring the building is running as planned, and acting as the senior manager when any issues arise.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who has experience managing a team and is confident with technology.

Great work life balance – no split shifts & every other weekend off.

This is a full time role involving various shift lengths which cover between 8am & 11pm with a fair share of early shifts & late shifts.


Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience.

Staff discount – on all activities and food with a 20% discount at the Garden Centre.

Separate male and female changing rooms with lockers.
