We need lively & fun individuals with infectious Christmas spirit and a passion to go above and beyond to help our customers Christmas wishes come true.

As a Senior Elf you will be wearing one of our excellent costumes and will be responsible for accompanying families through our magical grotto. In addition to working in Santa’s Grotto, you will also be helping Father Christmas at our children’s parties taking place in The Flower Bowl Entertainment Centre. 

You will also be required to do the following:

Supervise the Elves and Santa’s in the day to day running of the Grotto & Parties
Be the point of contact for the Elves & Santa should any issues arise
Keep the Grotto & Parties running efficiently and ensure appointments are run efficiently and on time
In the absence of the Events Co-Ordinator be confident to make decisions
Be able to handle any customer issues
