The workshop begins with an award-winning chocolate tasting, featuring exceptional chocolates from around the world. You’ll learn how to recognise the difference between mass-produced chocolate and premium chocolate, gaining an appreciation for quality, flavour and craftsmanship.

The session continues with discussions, demonstrations of chocolate techniques, and an introduction to a variety of delicious ganache fillings. You will then choose your preferred type of ganache along with a wide selection of additional ingredients to create your own unique chocolates.

Next, you’ll decorate your chocolates using tempered chocolate and explore creative decorating ideas, with plenty of inspiration to make your creations.

Finally, we’ll finish with beautiful packaging so you can take your delicious handmade chocolates home to enjoy or share.
