Magical VR Sleigh Ride FAQ’s

How many people can I book for?
The VR ride can only seat up to 6 people per session.

What ages can go on the VR ride?
3+ years. Please note children must be accompanied by adult.

Can I get on the ride mid session?
We ask all customers to remain seated while the ride is in motion for safety reasons. We also ask customers not to attempt to enter the ride while in motion.

Do I have to wear a head set?
We recommend all customers wear a head set for the full experience. However the ride can still be enjoyed without a headset for younger individuals. Please note children must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I pay for a ticket on the day?
Yes, we accept walk-in bookings for the VR Ride experience but we will prioritise those who have pre-booked a time slot. You can ask our staff at the VR Ride each day if there are any spaces for walk-ins. Please note, this ride is Card Payment only for walk-ins which is payable at the ride.

Will I be able to reschedule my booking if I can no longer make it?
Once bookings have been made they cannot be rearranged. If you can’t make your booking, you will need to email bgevents@bluediamond.gg to arrange cancellation. It will then be up to you to re-book for a more suitable time.

Does the VR include a visit from Santa?
No, the VR sleigh is a 5 minute experience including a 3 minute ride.

I have not received my confirmation email. What can I do?
You should have received a confirmation email from Blue Diamond. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you haven’t received an email, please email bgevents@bluediamond.gg.We will be able to resend your confirmation email to you.
