Barton Grange is celebrating 60 years of growing success! It was on 10^th May 1963 that our founder Eddie Topping opened the North West’s first garden centre in a small shed next to the car park of his parent’s hotel in Barton, Preston.

From these humble beginnings, Eddie’s new venture blossomed and grew to become one of the most successful businesses in the region.

Today Barton Grange Garden Centre, now based at Brock, is a multi-award winning landmark destination that attracts more than 600,000 visitors a year.

To mark the milestone event, special anniversary displays have been installed throughout the centre. Watch this space to discover what else we have planned for our anniversary year!
