Members of the Catering team must be able to maintain quality service in a fast paced environment. Have the ability and confidence to run the team and lead the front of house shifts in the absence of the Supervisor. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of table service in Blooms & The Ocean Restaurants, Counter Service in the Coffee and Main Bar, Service for private hire parties and events. Ensuring that catering is delivered to the highest possible standard, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
The Flower Bowl is a multi-activity leisure venue offering curling, ten-pin bowling, a three-screen cinema, crazy golf, two golf simulators, a coffee bar and two restaurants.
At least 2 years’ of catering experience is desired.
The venue will be open 7 days a week, 362 days a year, from 8.30am to 11pm. Various shifts will be available to cover working weekends, early mornings and evenings to meet the commercial needs of the business.
PAY & BENEFITS:
Salary will range from £8.13 – £8.37 per hour dependent upon experience.
