Elves Wanted!

We’re looking for a team of festive Elves to join our new and exciting Santa’s Grotto Experience for the upcoming Christmas season.

If helping Santa, spreading joy, and making unforgettable memories sounds like your perfect job we’d love to hear from you.

Our all-new Santa’s Grotto for 2025 is a fully immersive and interactive festive experience. We want every child to feel the true magic of Christmas and to leave the grotto filled with excitement for the big day.

As a Christmas Elf, your duties will include welcoming families into the grotto, guiding them through the North Pole to meet Santa and helping children make their very own festive bears.

You must be enthusiastic, super confident and love interacting with children of all ages. It’s an opportunity to be a part of a wonderful Christmas event and to help make magical moments for families to treasure.

Good timekeeping, the ability to keep calm under pressure and a willingness to put in 100% effort at all times are essential attributes. Experience in drama is also an advantage for this role.

The successful applicants will receive full Elf School training, premium quality costumes and will work from a script written by a professional team.
