The time of the year to plant your bulbs is here! So we’ve created these easy steps to help you get the best out of your bulbs with layering techniques.
1. Use crocks or gravel in the base for drainage, then add a layer of compost
2. Push in daffodils, spacing them three bulbs width apart
3. Cover with compost, leaving the tips showing through
4. Add tulips into the space between the daffodils
5. Cover with compost and add a layer of muscari or crocus. Then add another thick layer of compost
