Gap Reporting
The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 require the reporting of the difference between average earnings of male and female employees. In the first year of reporting requirements the Barton Grange Group Gender Pay Gap report is as follows:
Women’s hourly rate is 11.29% lower (mean) and 4.27% lower (median) than a man’s hourly rate.
The distribution of male and female employees at each pay quartile shows;
• Upper quartile 56% male and 44% female
• Upper middle quartile 44% male and 56% female
• Lower middle quartile 32% male and 68% female
• Lower quartile 40% male and 60% female
No bonus payments were awarded in the year ending 5th April 2022.
Calculations from data taken as at 5th April 2022 are considered to be accurate.
