The Flower Bowl is a multi-activity leisure venue offering curling, ten-pin bowling, a three-screen cinema, crazy golf, a golf simulator, a VR ride, Oasis coffee bar, Blooms restaurant, The Ocean Fish & Chip restaurant, and Barbossa drinks bar.
We also have two new and exciting developments coming soon – Knickerbockers Ice Cream Parlour & Table Golf.
We are looking for someone with experience of working as a Chef in a hospitality environment.
As we look to reopen following on from the pandemic, we are looking to expand our Kitchen team further with dynamic and committed individuals.
Various shifts will be available to cover between 10 a.m. & 10 p.m. and will involve working alternate weekends. (NB. Weekend staff are expected to work every weekend). Great work life balance, no split shifts and every other weekend off.
As a Chef de Partie you will be required to work in all areas of the busy kitchen, preparing and serving food for our two restaurants.
We are looking for someone with sound knowledge of cooking techniques and NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Good organisational skills, the ability to work independently and as a team, and confidence in a fast-paced environment are key required skills.
