You will join our kitchen brigade of 25 supplying a full range of dishes to out Riverside Café (350 covers) and Willows restaurant (100 covers)
You will need to be able to undertake a key role within the kitchen, producing high quality food at a fast pace.
Undertaking kitchen management duties including ordering, stock control and ensuring food safety and cleaning standards
Good time keeping is essential as is being a team player
This is a full time position working 4 days per week plus alternate weekends: 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Sunday. No split shifts.
Salary circa £18,000 – £20,000 depending on experience
