We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Sandwich Maker to join our Riverside Kitchen team.
You will be responsible for preparing a variety of sandwiches and salads, helping to deliver a fantastic dining experience to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for food and a keen eye for detail.
As a Sandwich Maker your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads and other delicious menu items to order, following company standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, with excellent attention to detail.
- Help with general food preparation duties, including slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary food preparation area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Manage stock levels for sandwich ingredients, ensuring proper rotation and storage to minimise waste.
- Provide a high standard of customer service, occasionally taking orders and serving customers directly.

- A positive, friendly, and reliable team player with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for high-quality food and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends as part of a rota.
